    I love your blog and as a tennis coach of 8 years, I agree with many of the approaches you have to develop an athle. Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning - 3rd Edition. When considering which book to read it's worthwhile to do a little research into the author and text yourself. It also has a wealth of detailed colour photography so you can clearly see the exercises being demonstrated by a variety of athletes.😼
